Doris Appel Graber (11 November 1923 – 17 February 2018) was an American political scientist.
[4] Doris Appel earned bachelor's (1941) and master's (1942) degrees in political science from the Washington University in St. Louis, and completed a doctorate at Columbia University in 1949.
[9] She won the academic Goldsmith Book Prize in 2003, for Learning From Television in the Internet Age, published in 2001.
[11][12] Doris Appel was married to Thomas M. Graber from 1941 until his death in 2007.
