Doryrhamphus bicarinatus, or the narrowstripe pipefish, is a species of flagtail pipefish from the genus Doryrhamphus that occurs in the Western Indian Ocean, Sodwana Bay, South Africa north to Bazaruto Island, Mozambique, as well as the Maldives.
