Douglassville is a town in Cass County, Texas, United States.

[5] Douglassville is located in northern Cass County at the intersection of Texas Highways 8 and 77.

According to the United States Census Bureau, Douglassville has a total area of 6.3 square miles (16.4 km2), all land.

About 3.7% of families and 8.9% of the population were below the poverty line, including 15.5% of those under the age of eighteen and 3.8% of those 65 or over.
