Pride) is a 1925 American silent, black-and-white comedy horror film, directed by Scott Pembroke and Joe Rock (also the producer).

His crime including stealing a boy's ice cream, cheating at marbles, and popping a bag behind a lady pedestrian.

While he talks, the drug used for the transformation spills in the plate of food of the doctor's dog.

His assistant begs the doctor to open and comfort him, but he transforms back into Mr.

The following year (1926), Stan Laurel began his years-long collaboration with Oliver Hardy, and together they would make over 100 films.

[3] "It has been extremely well-produced, but the story is not one that lends itself particularly to comedy, although Laurel does fine work.

The film was compared to earlier British "theatrical parodies (such as Frankenstitch, Surrey Theatre, 1824; and Dr Freckle and Mr Snide, Dockstader's Minstrel Hall, New York, 1887)".
