It was released on 5 July 2019 as the third single from Westlife's eleventh studio album Spectrum.

It is the third time in 2019 for a Westlife single to be included in the popular compilation album after "Hello My Love", and "Better Man".

The music video features footage from their concert at Dublin's Croke Park Stadium on 6 July 2019.

The music video was shot in Arena Birmingham in the United Kingdom and in Croke Park in the Republic of Ireland where they performed the song live for the first time.
