ETF Airways

The airline was officially registered in November 2020, aiming to be operational with a Boeing 737-800 aircraft by summer 2021 on charter flights from several European countries to holiday destinations along the Adriatic coast of Croatia.

The first Boeing 737-800 aircraft, registered 9A-LAB and named "Voyager"[citation needed] (as a reference to the Star Trek TV series spacecraft) was delivered to Croatia on 22 May 2021.

Starting 22 December 2021, it was utilized on daily round-trips between Reunion and Mayotte on behalf of the French carrier.

ETF Airways supports European Cockpit Association "Safety Starts with 2" initiative which opposes new industry trends of reducing number of pilots in the cockpit from two to one and invests heavily in "old school" approach to pilot training and proficiency, such as more intensive training and checking than required by the law and voluntarily certifying for higher safety standards.

In the last few years ETF Airways provided wet lease services to a big number of European operators, most notably, Transavia, NEOS, Corsair, TUI, JET2.COM, Air Serbia and others.
