East Otto, New York

East Otto is a town in Cattaraugus County, New York, United States.

The town of East Otto is on the northern border of the county.

East Otto was one of the last towns to be formed in Cattaraugus County.

The East Otto Union School, which was constructed in 1920 and now serves as a town hall, is listed on the National Register of Historic Places.
