Edoardo Lancini (born 10 April 1994) is an Italian footballer who plays as a centre back for Serie C Group B club Pescara.

He made his debut on 10 May 2014 against Reggina Calcio in a Serie B game.

After a single Serie B season with scarce appearances in the first team, Lancini left Palermo in June 2023 and was subsequently signed by Serie C club Virtus Entella.
