Gianmarco Cangiano (born 16 November 2001) is an Italian professional footballer who plays as a forward for Serie C Group B club Pescara, on loan from Bologna.
The club paid a reported fee of €1.5 million plus bonuses, with Roma holding a 30% resell clause.
[6] He made his professional debut on 22 June 2020, coming on for Nicola Sansone in a 2–0 home loss to Juventus.
[12] Having not found regular game time in Apulia, he was re-called on 11 January 2023 by Bologna and subsequently joined Eredivisie side Fortuna Sittard on another loan until the end of the season, with an option to buy and one to extend the deal for another year.
[14] One year later, on 2 August 2024, his loan was extended for another season, with the option to buy becoming an obligation if specific conditions were met.
