Eduardo "Eddie" Rivera Gullas Sr. (born October 13, 1930) is a Filipino politician from Cebu, Philippines.
The son of Vicente Gullas and Josefina "Pining" Rivera,[2] he has been elected to seven terms as a Member of the House of Representatives of the Philippines, representing the 1st District of Cebu from 1992 to 2001, 2004 to 2013, and from 2019 to 2022.
Gullas had also served as the governor of Cebu during the administration of President Ferdinand Marcos, whom he was a close political associate of.
[3] During his tenure as governor, he oversaw Typhoon Ike, which affected and devastated the province.
He served mayor of Talisay City, Cebu from 2016 to 2019.
