Elias Muukka (10 June 1853 – 2 October 1938) was a Finnish painter.
He mainly painted landscapes, usually from the rural areas of Karelia and from Turku.
[1] He was born at the village of Suontakainen in Lemi, Finland.
Typical of the Düsseldorf School, his work often includes landscapes of water scenes featuring figures.
Later he was a teacher at the upper secondary schools in Savonlinna and Mikkeli until 1927.
