Eutrichiurides

Eutrichiurides is an extinct genus of prehistoric cutlass fish.

[1][2] Similar and related genera include the extant Aphanopus, Trichiurides and Trichiurus.

[3] These fishes lived in the Eocene period, from 55.8 to 48.6 mya.
