Fabián Jorge Manzano Pérez (born 13 January 1994), is a Chilean footballer who plays for Deportes Antofagasta as a midfielder.

Manzano ended his contract with Deportes Puerto Montt in December 2023 after the club was relegated to the Chilean third level.
