Fairview is a home rule-class city in Kenton County, Kentucky, United States.

It is bordered to the north and west by Taylor Mill, to the east by unincorporated land, to the southeast by Ryland Heights, and to the southwest by Covington.

Kentucky Route 177 runs through Fairview, leading north 6 miles (10 km) to the center of Covington and south 3.5 miles (5.6 km) to Ryland Heights.

There were 62 housing units at an average density of 84.4 per square mile (32.6/km2).

15.0% of all households were made up of individuals, and 8.3% had someone living alone who was 65 years of age or older.
