Park Hills, Kentucky

Park Hills is a home rule-class city[6] in Kenton County, Kentucky, United States.

[7] The area of present-day Park Hills was subdivided and settled c. 1845 on land owned by Messrs. Coran, Corry, and Spencer.

This community remained quite small until D. Collins Lee and Robert Simmons developed the area in 1926 and incorporated the present city the next year.

[1][2] Park Hills is located 2.5 miles (4.0 km) from downtown Cincinnati, Ohio, and approximately 10 miles (16 km) from the Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky International Airport (CVG).

According to the United States Census Bureau, the city has a total area of 0.8 square miles (2.1 km2), all land.

40.3% of all households were made up of individuals, and 9.7% had someone living alone who was 65 years of age or older.
