Farheen HaQ (born 1977) is a South Asian Muslim Canadian multidisciplinary artist.
HaQ's works often engage her community, and make use of gestures that reference spiritual and domestic rituals.
[1][2] Farheen HaQ was born in 1977 in Niagara, Ontario, a region that her mother immigrated to from Pakistan during her parents' arranged marriage.
[5] HaQ has engaged in her personal, local, and national communities within her art practice, and has also received recognition for their artistic contributions.
