Fayetteville-Perry's current two-story building opened in 2009, replacing one that was more than 100 years old.
[4] Throughout this particular buildings life it housed every grade of student, from Kindergarten to seniors in high school, all the while bearing the "High School" engraving above the front entrance.
It is segregated into a two-story, road-facing building for the high school students and faculty including gymnasium and library, with a cafetorium as the attachment point for the middle school wing.
The faculty and student parking lot fills the space left behind the buildings.
Fayetteville-Perry has been a member of the 14-team Southern Hills Athletic League since 1970 and the school has sports programs for Basketball, Baseball, Softball, Football, Cross Country, Volleyball, and Track and Field.
