Faysville is a former census-designated place (CDP) in Hidalgo County, Texas.

[2] According to the United States Census Bureau, the CDP has a total area of 0.9 square miles (2.3 km2), all land.

As of the census[3] of 2000, there were 348 people, 95 households, and 81 families residing in the CDP.

13.7% of all households were made up of individuals, and 9.5% had someone living alone who was 65 years of age or older.

The community is served by the Edinburg Consolidated Independent School District (ECISD).

All of Hidalgo County is in the service area of South Texas College.
