Federico Arturo Illanes (born 29 June 1994) is an Argentine footballer who plays as a defensive midfielder for Peruvian Primera División club Alianza Atlético on loan from Chilean club Rangers de Talca.
Born in San Martín, Mendoza, Argentina, Illanes is a product of both Lanús and Godoy Cruz.
[4][3] In the second half of 2019, he moved to Mexico and had stints with Veracruz,[5] Cafetaleros de Chiapas[3] and Cancún.
[6][7] In 2020, Illanes returned to Argentina and signed with Deportivo Maipú, with whom he got promotion to the Primera B Nacional.
[8] In 2021, he was loaned out to Chilean club Rangers de Talca on a one-year deal with an option to buy.
