Francesca "Frankie" Owen (born 27 March 1988) is an Australian synchronized swimmer.

[2][1] She moved to Australia with her Welsh father and English mother when she was a baby,[2] though some members of her family continued to live in the area.

As of 2012[update], she lives in Pullenvale, Queensland Owen is 157 centimetres (5 ft 2 in) tall and weighs 53 kilograms (117 lb).

[4] In March 2002, she was awarded the 13 14 15 Years Solo Champion Trophy by Queensland Synchronized Swimming.

[4] The FINA World Championships held in Shanghai, China served as the 2012 Olympic qualifying event for the team.
