Fritz von Runte

Fritz von Runte is a British DJ and Producer based in Manchester, England,[1] known for his remixes and original music projects.

Fritz is recognised for remixing other artists, with notable works including The Beatles Hell, The Beatles Hate,[2][3][4] and Lily Allen Remixed, which is reputed to be the most downloaded album in the UK.

[9][10] In 2020, Fritz released The Last Album, his first new original album in 11 years, featuring collaborations with Leslie Winer, Beca, Peter Barakan, and long time collaborators Graham Massey and Gary Asquith.

[11][12] In 2024, he launched TRAMBIENT,[13] an innovative free musical app designed to enhance Metrolink journeys in Manchester by providing a personalised soundtrack that syncs with stations along the Bury to Shudehill tram route, creating a unique listening experience for riders.

[14] Fritz von Runte works with the American record label 24 Hour Service Station, and releases his own material under the anti-war non-profit label Marshall Records.
