Everett Memorial Stadium

[2] On July 9, 1967, a Canadian Football League preseason game between the BC Lions and Edmonton Eskimos was played at Memorial Stadium.

It started 45 minutes late due to issues with Edmonton's aircraft prior to their arrival at Paine Field.

The first Giants game held at the stadium was played against the Bellingham Mariners in front of a crowd of 3,527 on June 19, 1984.

The testing center, operated by the Snohomish Health District, opened on March 23 and closed on April 16 after processing 2,500 people.

[17] The county and city government approved the development of a feasibility study that would investigate whether a new multipurpose stadium could be built in Everett to replace Funko Field.

The study was spurred by updated Minor League Baseball standards and the AquaSox moving to High-A with more games.
