Górna Grupa (Polish pronunciation: [ˈɡurna ˈɡrupa]) is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Dragacz, within Świecie County, Kuyavian-Pomeranian Voivodeship, in north-central Poland.

Górna Grupa is located within the ethnocultural region of Kociewie.

On 1 November 1980, a fire broke out at the Górna Grupa Psychiatric Hospital.
