Dragan "Gane" Todorovski (11 May 1929 – 22 May 2010)[1] was a Macedonian poet, translator, essayist, literary critic, and historian, publicist.
He was a long-time professor of Croatian and Macedonian Literature of 19th century at the Faculty of Philology in Skopje,[2] as well as a one-time president of the Macedonian Writers' Association (1969-1971) and (1985–86), President of the Board of the Struga Poetry Evenings Festival, and editor-in-chief of the journal "Mlada literatura".
He started his literary activity immediately after the liberation, in "Nova Makedonija", "Pionerski Vesnik", "Nov den" and others.
He was the editor of the literary magazines: "Sovremenost", "Idnina", "Kulturen zivot", "Mlada literatura", "Razgledi" and others.
A joint commemorative session was held at 10:30h on 26 May (Wednesday) at the Macedonian Academy of Sciences and Arts.
