Nototrema microdiscus Andersson, 1910 Gastrotheca microdiscus is a frog species in the frog family Hemiphractidae.

It is endemic to southeastern Brazil between southern São Paulo and Santa Catarina states.

It is a canopy species hiding in bromeliads.
