Genoa is a town in Vernon County, Wisconsin, United States.

The unincorporated community of Romance is located in the town of Genoa.

At the 2000 United States census there were 705 people in 285 households, including 196 families, in the town.

There were 392 housing units at an average density of 11.2 per square mile (4.3/km2).
