George Frederick Arthur Belcher RA (19 September 1875 – 3 October 1947) was an English cartoonist, etcher and painter of genre, sporting subjects and still life.
He was born in London on 19 September 1875 and studied at Bideford Art School and the Gloucester School of Art.
His work was also part of the painting event in the art competition at the 1928 Summer Olympics.
A retrospective exhibition was held at Cranleigh Hall in 1954.
