Gergely László Arató (born in Budapest, Hungary on 23 November 1968) is a Hungarian politician.
After his high school education he enrolled into the Eötvös Loránd University where he studied in the Faculty of Science and graduated with a degree in chemistry and physics in 1993.
He later enrolled into the University of Pécs and graduated in 2000 with a degree in political science.
In the 2002 Hungarian parliamentary election, his party entered the National Assembly of Hungary.
From 2002 to 2004, he was a member of the Committee on Education and Science, Sports and Youth Committee, and the head of the youth and sports working group of the National Assembly.
