Glen Head is a hamlet and census-designated place (CDP) located within the Town of Oyster Bay in Nassau County, on the North Shore of Long Island, in New York, United States.

According to the United States Census Bureau, the CDP has a total area of 1.6 square miles (4.1 km2), all land.

The population was 91.8% White 86.2% Non-Hispanic white, 0.9% Black or African American, 0.1% Native American, 3.4% Asian, 0.0% Pacific Islander, 2.3% from other races, and 1.5% from two or more races.

18.0% of all households were made up of individuals, and 9.0% had someone living alone who was 65 years of age or older.
