Upper Brookville is a village located within the Town of Oyster Bay in Nassau County, on the North Shore of Long Island, in New York, United States.
The village is named for the brook which once ran along its main road, Wolver Hollow.

There were 599 housing units at an average density of 139.2 per square mile (53.7/km2).
12.7% of all households were made up of individuals, and 5.1% had someone living alone who was 65 years of age or older.
