Gloucester County Christian School was founded in 1964 and organized by a group of parents.

The school's student body was 83.2% (273) White, 7.0% (23) Black, 6.4% (21) Hispanic, 2.4% (8) two or more races and , 0.9% (3) Asian.

The students excel in local, regional and national academic/fine arts and sports competitions.

Outside the main courses include computers, gym, art, music, library, and PE each week.

Gloucester County Christian School offers many sports; these include: Baseball, Basketball, Soccer, Softball, and Track and Field.
