Gomilci (pronounced [ɡɔˈmiːltsi]) is a small settlement in the Municipality of Destrnik in northeastern Slovenia.

It lies in the hills just east of Destrnik on the edge of the Pesnica Valley.

The municipality is now included in the Drava Statistical Region.
