The township contains these seven cemeteries: Backbone, Bethel, Chapman, Debord, Leamon/Walnut, McFadden and Yale.

As of the 2020 census[1] there were 357 people, 188 households, and 165 families residing in the township.

There were 154 housing units at an average density of 4.16 per square mile (1.61/km2).

11.20% of all households were made up of individuals, and 4.30% had someone living alone who was 65 years of age or older.
