The township contains these seven cemeteries: Block, Boots, Greenup, Harmony, Liberty Hill, Paul and Peach Orchard.

As of the 2020 census[2] there were 2,257 people, 1,060 households, and 618 families residing in the township.

There were 1,102 housing units at an average density of 23.21 per square mile (8.96/km2).

38.70% of all households were made up of individuals, and 19.30% had someone living alone who was 65 years of age or older.
