As of the 2020 census[2] there were 1,332 people, 458 households, and 305 families residing in the township.
There were 485 housing units at an average density of 8.67 per square mile (3.35/km2).
33.40% of all households were made up of individuals, and 6.10% had someone living alone who was 65 years of age or older.
