The township contains these seven cemeteries: Brewer, Diel, Fairfield, Hicks, Island Creek, Myer and St Joseph/Island Grove.

As of the 2020 census[3] there were 595 people, 243 households, and 200 families residing in the township.

17.70% of all households were made up of individuals, and 7.00% had someone living alone who was 65 years of age or older.
