Grigor Arayi Minasyan (born December 23, 1983) is an Armenian politician and lawyer currently serving as Minister of Justice of Armenia.

From 2009 to 2010 he worked as a Head of the Department for Relations with the European Court of Human Rights under the Staff of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Armenia.

In 2011, Minasyan became the Official Representative of the Republic of Armenia in the European Public Law Organization (EPLO) located in Athens.

In 2012, he became the Head of the Department of Legal Analysis at the Office of the Human Rights Defender of the Republic of Armenia.
