Grimminghausen is a locality in the municipality Schmallenberg in the district Hochsauerlandkreis in North Rhine-Westphalia, Germany.

The village has 52 inhabitants[1] and lies in the west of the municipality of Schmallenberg at a height of around 329 m on the Kreisstraße 38.

Grimminghausen borders on the villages of Menkhausen, Lochtrop, Dorlar and Hengsbeck.

The first written document mentioning "Grimmardichusen" dates from 1282.

The village used to belong to the municipality of Dorlar until the end of 1974.
