Habroteleia mutabilis, is a species of wasp belonging to the family Platygastridae.

[1] Female is slightly larger than male.

Mesosoma blackish to orange in color.

Metasoma are blackish to eorange with dark brown to black patches.

Antennae scrobe foveate.
