[2] The plant is located at 33°24′48″N 85°01′57″W / 33.41333°N 85.03250°W / 33.41333; -85.03250 in the north-east corner of Heard County, Georgia, about 20 kilometres (12 mi) south of Carrollton, and at about the same distance northeast of Franklin.
