Hamilton D. Upchurch (September 25, 1925 – January 8, 2008) was an American politician.
He served as a Democratic member for the 22nd and 28th district of the Florida House of Representatives.
[3] He attended the University of Florida and earned a degree in business administration followed by obtaining his Juris Doctor in 1951.
In the same year, he was elected to represent the 22nd district, succeeding Steve Pajcic.
