Samuel P. Bell III (May 21, 1939 – March 14, 2023) was an American politician.

He served as a Democratic member for the 28th and 30th district of the Florida House of Representatives.

[4] In 1974, Bell was elected to represent the 30th district of the Florida House of Representatives, succeeding Gary R. Cunningham.

In the same year, he was elected to represent the 28th district, succeeding Hamilton D. Upchurch.
