ሀራ ገበያ በሰሜን ወሎ ዞን ሰሜን ምስራቅ አቅጣጫ የምትገኝ የወደብ ከተማ ነች።ሀራ ከተማ አሥተዳደር ሁለት የከተማ እና 3 የገጠር ቀበሌዎች አሏት። ሀራ ከተማ ጥር 13/2013 ወደ አነስተኛ ከተማ አድጋለች። የመጀመሪያዋ ከንቲባ ኢንጅነር ሙሐመድ ሰኢድ ናቸው አሁንም ከተማዋን እየመሩ ይገኛሉ። ከተማዋ ከተመሰረተች አንስቶ በርካታ ስራዎችን እየሰራች ትገኛለች። In 2019, the town had a population of 28,906, comprising 14,188 males and 13,908 females.
