Leo Harold Hays (born September 24, 1939) is a former American football linebacker in the National Football League (NFL) for the Dallas Cowboys and San Francisco 49ers.
Hays attended Hattiesburg High School, where he played as a defensive tackle and center.
He returned to play college football for Southern Mississippi University in 1960.
On June 24, 1968, he was traded to the San Francisco 49ers in exchange for a third round draft choice (#68-Tom Stincic).
