Harold J. Hinman

He was born on February 22, 1877, in Albany, New York, the son of Addison Josiah Hinman and Susan Mary DuBois (Hotaling) Hinman.

Hinman was a member of the New York State Assembly (Albany Co., 1st D.) in 1910, 1911, 1912, 1913, 1914 and 1915.

He was a delegate to the New York State Constitutional Convention of 1915.

In November 1918, he was elected to the New York Supreme Court.

in February 1922,[3] and remained on the bench until the end of 1932 when his term expired.
