Harry Chapman Woodyard (November 13, 1867 – June 21, 1929) was a Republican politician from West Virginia who served as a United States representative.
Woodyard was born in Spencer, West Virginia, in Roane County.
After the death of Hunter H. Moss, Jr., he was elected to the Sixty-fourth Congress to fill the vacancy.
He won re-election to the Sixty-fifth, Sixty-sixth, and Sixty-seventh Congresses and served from November 7, 1916 to March 3, 1923.
He was not a candidate for re-election to the Seventieth Congress and resumed his former business pursuits.
