Hazel Green is a village in Grant and Lafayette counties in the U.S. state of Wisconsin.
In 1825, the village was named from dense growth of American Hazelnut near the town site.
[10] According to the United States Census Bureau, the village has a total area of 1.30 square miles (3.37 km2), all of it land.
