Darlington is a town in Lafayette County, Wisconsin, United States.

The city of Darlington, the Lafayette county seat, is located within the town.

The unincorporated settlement of Red Rock is in the east part of the town.

According to the United States Census Bureau, the town has a total area of 45.9 square miles (118.9 km2), all of it recorded as land.
