She holds degrees in psychology from Freie Universität Berlin and SRH Hochschule, along with certifications in musicians' health and mindfulness teaching.
O'Donnell has presented at international conferences, including the Performing Arts Medicine Association Symposium and the European Network of Cultural Centres (ENCC).
