Hedychrum nobile is a species of cuckoo wasps (insect in the family Chrysididae).

[1] Hedychrum nobile can reach a length of 4–9 millimetres (0.16–0.35 in).

Head, scutellum, post scutellum and median segment are blue or green, pronotum, mesonotum and the abdomen are golden purple.

The main host species of this parasitic wasp is Cerceris arenaria.

[1] This species can be found in Austria, France, Germany, Greece, Italy, Poland, Portugal, Spain, Switzerland, in the eastern Palearctic realm and in North Africa.
